Kongresi Rus i Ujit është forumi zyrtar i ujit të Rusisë që nga viti 2017. Ngjarja u mbajt në kuadër të Vitit të Ekologjisë Ruse, siç njoftohet me Dekretin e Presidentit të Federatës Ruse nr. 05.01.2016. 7 "Për mbajtjen e Vitit të Ekologjisë brenda Federatës Ruse". Forumi organizohet çdo vit nën patronazhin e Përfaqësuesit Special të Federatës Ruse për mbrojtjen e mjedisit, ekologjisë dhe transportit, Sergei Ivanov, Këshillit të Federatës së Asamblesë Federale të Federatës Ruse dhe Qeverisë së Federatës Ruse. Kongresi synon të krijojë një dialog profesional ndërmjet ekspertëve të ujit dhe autoriteteve për mbrojtjen e burimeve kombëtare ujore.
