Festivali i Arteve Dogwood, i themeluar në vitin 1961 është një nga ngjarjet kulturore më të njohura të Knoxville! Festivali i Arteve Dogwood mbahet në Parkun e Panairit Botëror në lëndinën e ridizajnuar të Performancës. Emerging Makers are those who have just begun their career and have not exhibited before at the festival.
Mobile food vendors who require cooking/heating on site (for consumption during the festival). Mobile Food Permit required.
Vendors include natural products, paper products/stickers/pet products/treats/clothing, pre-packaged foods/drinks, candles, and more.
